Courier questions
What do I need to join?
Be 18 or over, have a bike, e-bike or scooter, a smartphone and the right to work. No experience needed.
When do I get paid?
Every Friday for the previous week's deliveries, plus tips paid out daily in the rider app.
Can I ride part-time?
Absolutely. Most riders start with evenings or weekends — there are no minimum hours.
