Big news from the orange team: Plateparcel has received the City Taste Award for delivery excellence — and it was voted by you, the customers we serve every single day. Out of forty delivery services in the running, ours won on food condition on arrival, order accuracy and courier friendliness.

The award judges mystery-shopped all twelve of our partner restaurants across three weeks. Their report praised the vented packaging that keeps fries crisp, the live tracking that actually matches reality, and riders who, in their words, "treat every doorstep like a dining room."
